More than 4 Racquet companies?

Has any CURRENT ATP pro (singles/dubs) played with a frame from more than 4 different manufacturers during their career?

I know Verdasco had 4- (Dunlop, Tecnifibre, Babolat, Head). Are there any who surpassed this? Thanks for any info...
