I've been use to hitting with a mid 350g weight racquet strung but swing weight of under 320. I tried a lighter racquet recently and was able to hit much better and comfortably at same swing weight. I realise that swing weight is key for pros and many top players use racquets barely 340g strung static weight.
I was wondering if I got use to a racquet at maybe mid 320g static weight but 340 swing weight that my body will not notice a such a large increase in swing weight?
