The cap came off my Babolat white stencil ink and it dried out, is there any way to revitalize it? It says that it's "water-based". If I add water to it will it revitalize it? I use Babloat VS Black gut so I know h2o and gut don't mix well, that water will ruin cut, but it does say it's water based so I'm sure Bablolat knows their gut and their stencil ink formula--but I don't.
