Multifilament has no place in the tour for good reason.

Multifilament I believe is, for lack of better word, late to the pro tour. Why? Multi is pretty much cheaper natural gut, but higher quality than synthetic gut. However (most) pros can afford the real natural gut, which is superior to multi, however could we see multi come on tour?
